About The Position

This position is for 2nd shift and requires flexibility. The operator will be responsible for operating heat treating equipment to harden and temper steel parts, following established procedures to ensure product quality, and conducting tests to meet specifications. The role also involves monitoring equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of heat treating processes and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass a drug test and regular drug testing (no THC/marijuana accepted)
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) through the entire shift
• Ability to be aware of surroundings for safety concerns
• Frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time
• Occasional stooping and walking will be required
