About The Position

Beltone is seeking an experienced Hearing Care Sales Specialist in Manchester, CT, to guide patients through the entire care lifecycle. This role involves combining advanced technology with compassionate care to provide a superior hearing health experience, ensuring patients receive the best possible solutions for their hearing needs. The specialist will be responsible for patient care from initial consultation to hearing aid selection, fitting, and ongoing education.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience translating technical and/or medical terminology to non-technical audiences
• Prior experience in a quota-carrying sales role

Nice To Haves

• Licensure as a Hearing Care provider (preferred; not required)
• Experience navigating a CRM (Client/Customer Relationship Management system)
• Familiarity with insurance and/or medical billing processes

Responsibilities

• Conduct Comprehensive Hearing Evaluations, including air and bone conduction, Speech Reception Threshold (SRT), Loudness Discomfort Level (LDL), Most Comfortable Loudness (MCL), and speech audiometry.
• Provide Hearing Aid Fittings and Adjustments, making product recommendations based on hearing loss and lifestyle, and fitting patients with hearing instruments.
• Manage Patient Care and Education, offering recommendations for follow-up care, checkup schedules, cleaning, and adjustment procedures, and committing to the highest standard of service through the BelCare service commitment.
• Provide Community and Patient Education, actively engaging with the local community and referring patients to physicians and rehabilitative services as needed.
• Drive the Clinic's Financial Success by achieving revenue targets within a defined sales territory and managing financial reporting using company best practices.
