About The Position
Beltone is seeking a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist to join their team. As a Hearing Care Professional, you will change the lives of patients by providing an exceptional hearing healthcare experience. The role involves administering comprehensive hearing evaluations, providing professional recommendations for rehabilitative services, and fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and accessories. The position also includes educating patients about hearing healthcare, community outreach such as physician referrals, and upholding the Belcare promise. Requirements
- Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Indiana OR AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Indiana
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Value integrity, honesty, and respect for both our patients and our staff.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
- Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
- Provide professional recommendations for best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to assure a successful patient journey.
- Passion for educating patients about hearing healthcare, and community involvement.
- Handle community outreach such as calling on physicians for referrals.
