The Healthy Families Program Supervisor provides reflective supervision, coaching, and oversight to frontline Healthy Families staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, strength-based and family-centered services consistent with Healthy Families America Best Practice Standards, New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) requirements, and agency expectations. This position directly supervises a team of up to five Family Resource & Support Specialists and serves as the primary day-to-day leader for program tasks, staff development, service quality, and model fidelity. Working in partnership with the Program Manager, the Supervisor supports staff performance, monitors program outcomes, promotes continuous quality improvement, and helps foster a positive, accountable team culture while protecting the dignity, safety, and well-being of participating families. As needed, the Supervisor may also provide direct service support through family assessments, enrollments, and maintenance of a limited caseload to ensure continuity of services during periods of staff vacancy, leave, or increased program demand.
