The Healthy Families Supervisor provides ongoing leadership, supervision, coaching, and support to Family Support Specialists (FSS) and Family Resource Specialists (FRS) delivering Healthy Families Indiana services. The Supervisor is responsible for promoting high-quality, family-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed services while ensuring compliance with Healthy Families America (HFA) standards, Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) requirements, contractual obligations, Cornerstone policies and procedures, and applicable federal and state requirements. The Supervisor promotes the HFA parallel process by supporting, guiding, and building upon the strengths of staff so that staff can effectively support, guide, and build upon the strengths of families. The position provides regular reflective supervision, monitors staff performance and caseloads, supports professional development, reviews records and program data, participates in quality assurance and continuous quality improvement activities, and provides ongoing consultation and support in complex family situations. This reflects HFA's expectation that supervision strengthen staff reflective capacity, professional development, service quality, accountability, and retention while ensuring staff receive the frequency and duration of supervision required by HFA standards.
