About The Position

About the Opportunity We are actively building a Canada‑based talent pipeline of healthcare‑focused Business Analyst professionals to support current and upcoming projects across hospitals, provincial health authorities, and regional healthcare partners. These projects may include system implementations, workflow modernization, digital transformation initiatives, process redesign, optimization work, and broader change‑enablement efforts. We are engaging skilled professionals for both active needs and upcoming engagements, ranging from project‑based assignments to full‑time roles. Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst within healthcare environments
  • Strong understanding of clinical or operational workflows (inpatient, ambulatory, perioperative, ED, community care, or specialty workflows)
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, workflow documentation, functional specifications, and testing support
  • Strong collaboration skills with clinical operations, IT teams, project managers, and leadership
  • Located in Canada and eligible for Canadian‑based engagements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Canadian healthcare environments, provincial health authorities, hospitals, community organizations, or regional systems, is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting workflow assessments and translating operational needs into system or process requirements
  • Supporting implementation teams with documentation, validation, test script creation, and end‑to‑end testing
  • Partnering with clinical and operational stakeholders across departments
  • Supporting new systems implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
  • Gathering requirements, mapping workflows, and identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Facilitating workgroups, design sessions, and user acceptance testing
  • Ensuring alignment with Canadian quality, safety, regulatory, and interoperability standards
