Supports patients/residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, and ambulation. Takes vital signs and height/weight measurements. Maintains patient rooms and observes/reports changes in patient condition. Orients patients/families to the unit and instructs on safety measures. Assists with clerical tasks such as answering phones, data entry, and maintaining medical records. Manages stock supply inventory. Performs duties within the scope of Nurse Aide I or Nurse Aide II tasks. Performs technical tasks with training, such as administering 12-Lead ECG tests and routine venipuncture.
