Become a part of a leadership team that supports a group of Internationally recognized Maternal, Fetal, and Pediatric care providers, in a program offering more adult and pediatric subspecialties than any other program in the Rocky Mountain region. The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM), at the University of Colorado, School of Medicine has an opening for an Operations & Strategy Manager. This position will provide operational and strategic support to our four (4) freestanding Maternal Fetal Medicine Perinatal Centers located in Littleton, Parker, Downtown Denver, and Ft. Collins. This position reports directly to the MFM Business Services Program Director, and indirectly to the MFM Division Chief. The freestanding University of Colorado Maternal Fetal Medicine Perinatal Centers provide maternal and fetal disease consultation, prenatal diagnosis, and genetic counseling. We are proud to partner with the Children’s Hospital Colorado’s Colorado Fetal Care Center (CFCC) which specializes in fetal diagnosis and in utero intervention. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic leader with outstanding customer service skills, communication skills, and a commitment to provide leadership that supports belonging and equity, while promoting individual team member growth and the development of a high performing team. Collaboration, strategic support, process improvement, communication, and problem solving are the main ingredients of this position. As the Operations & Strategy Manager, you will partner closely with our Practice Manager, Program Manager, MA Supervisor, Nurse Navigator, Lead Sonographer, and the four (4) Medical Directors to provide support and leadership to the administrative and clinical team members by coaching, mentoring, modeling best practices, implementing change management, and engaging in strategic partnerships.
