About The Position

We are seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist for a growing healthcare organization that provides life-extending health care to vulnerable seniors through an innovative PACE model of care. This model serves as both the health plan and provider, enabling participants to live safely in their homes. This is not a high-pressure sales role; instead, it focuses on building genuine relationships with seniors, caregivers, and community partners to connect them with life-changing care and support services that help them remain in their homes and communities. The specialist will coordinate outreach and engagement activities, identify collaboration opportunities with community organizations to generate qualified leads, and establish/maintain relationships with community leaders and partners. A key responsibility is developing and implementing monthly marketing plans to achieve enrollment goals.

Requirements

  • At least one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role.
  • At least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
  • Outside healthcare-related sales experience is key.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Athena.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads, leading to potential enrollments.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners including senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other community-based organizations.
  • Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to consistently achieve monthly enrollment metric goals.
