About The Position
The compensation package for this position includes base salary plus uncapped commission. The posted range reflects base salary only. Remote eligibility may be considered for candidates with 3+ years of demonstrated success in healthcare staffing recruitment who live 50+ miles from a Medical Solutions office. Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated success in healthcare staffing recruitment (for remote eligibility)
- Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships
- Confident initiating conversations and building trust over the phone
- Organized, resilient, and adaptable
- Coachable with a desire to continuously learn
- Comfortable using technology and managing multiple priorities
