About The Position
A patient-focused hearing healthcare role combining consultative sales and care. The consultant helps patients address hearing concerns, recommends appropriate solutions, fits and adjusts hearing instruments, and provides ongoing follow-up. The organization provides paid training, mentorship, and licensure sponsorship to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist. The role also includes community outreach and building long-term relationships with patients.
