Quadax is seeking a Sales Executive who is hard-working, embraces new challenges, and is looking to take the next step professionally. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales—Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), the RCM Sales Executive will be responsible for an assigned territory, selling the value proposition for Quadax’s RCM solutions to start-up and existing independent laboratories, DMEs, and Hospital Outreach clients. First and foremost, you need to enjoy what you do, have a positive attitude, and be competitive! Good interpersonal skills, strong self-motivation, focus, and a passion for selling strategic RCM services and software are critical to this role. Being a team player, but also independent and tenacious, will be critical to your success. The position would require connecting with potential new customers via phone, email & social media (i.e., LinkedIn), as well as in-person industry conferences, to understand their corporate objectives and educate them about the value that Quadax brings. The RCM Sales Executive is one of the company's many external faces. While representing the company during the sales process and beyond, they will conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Quadax’s standard of excellence.
