Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data reporting, querying, and extraction
- Strong expertise in T-SQL Server and ETL processes
- Hands-on with Access, Excel, Power BI, and MS 365
- Skilled in working with diverse data formats
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Prior health insurance domain experience
Responsibilities
- Query healthcare data and design reporting strategies
- Deliver actionable insights to executives, managers, and SMEs
