Summary: Hancock Daniel is seeking an Associate Attorney (approximately 0-3 years of experience) to advise clients on healthcare regulatory matters, including certificate of public need (COPN), licensure, and Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and certification. The ideal candidate will be client-service oriented with the ability to help clients ensure compliance and avoid or mitigate risk along with having a strong understanding of state and federal healthcare regulatory frameworks, particularly those governing hospital and outpatient facility development.
