About The Position

The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for networking with and recruiting healthcare professionals to ensure project needs are staffed with outstanding employees in a timely manner. This role provides strategic support and client delivery to our Hospital/RevTech team, requiring strong relationship-building and recruiting skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience. Works Closely With Recruitment Leaders, Payroll, Accounting, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure accurate pay, compliant submissions, and a strong contractor experience.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing employees for specific assignments using various job posting/search mediums.
  • Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants.
  • Aggressively pursue both active and passive candidates, search on job boards.
  • Act as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired candidates.
  • Responsible for screening applications and resumes, interviewing candidates, complete reference checks.
  • Evaluate and recommend candidates for hire.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws.
  • Documentation of confidential information per HIPAA standards.
  • All other tasks and duties as assigned.
