About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to own a desk on our Phoenix team. This is a sales role. You'll be dialing, pitching, closing, and carrying a number. You'll recruit the providers and clinical staff who deliver care inside senior communities, which means the work is almost entirely outbound. You build the pipeline. Requirements
- A track record of hitting quota, KPIs or performance targets, with the numbers to back it up
- 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in recruiting, sales, hospitality or leadership
- Comfort with high-volume outbound and hearing no
- Real emotional intelligence
- Coachable and competitive
- High standards, low ego
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, selling, closing, and keeping candidates engaged through credentialing
- Managing activity metrics with the autonomy to decide how to hit them
- Building pipeline for specific specialties and territories
- Direct partnership with hiring managers and ops leadership
