About The Position
Serene Healthcare Staffing is a fast-growing healthcare staffing agency serving Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Behavioral Health, and Hospitals across Washington and beyond. We specialize in rapid staffing solutions, placing CNA, LPN, and RN professionals into shifts and contracts. We are hiring Healthcare Recruiters to source, screen, and credential clinicians for immediate placement. This is a commission-only, performance-driven role with strong earning potential and consistent demand.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (phone + texting required)
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Must be able to come to Lynnwood office at least once per week

Responsibilities
- Source CNA, LPN, RN candidates using Indeed, job boards, referrals, and social media
- Contact candidates via phone, SMS, and email
- Pre-screen candidates (license, availability, location)
- Collect and verify credentialing documents
- Submit ready-to-work clinicians for placement
