About The Position

Anders Group is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and present candidates for allied, therapy, and nursing assignments. This is a sales-focused role where you will act as the 'CEO of your desk,' responsible for finding new candidates and closing deals. Your success and commission will be directly tied to your performance. You will join either the Allied Recruiting Team or the Therapy Recruiting team. The ideal candidate is proactive, has a strong work ethic, and excels at building relationships. You will receive training and report to Recruiting Managers.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook.
• Sales mentality with closing ability.

Nice To Haves

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or service industry preferred (no recruiting experience required).

Responsibilities

• Initiate phone calls to candidates, including prospecting and following up with job board applicants, to qualify potential traveler candidates for hire and assignment to Anders Group’s clients.
• Utilize various recruiting tools to develop a pipeline of potential traveler candidates, including an internal database and referrals.
• Develop relationships and influence candidates regarding the job market and the benefits of travel assignments with Anders Group’s clients.
• Create candidate compensation packages and guide potential traveler candidate profiles for submission to Anders Group’s clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
• Maintain relationships with Travelers on assignment to ensure customer service.
• Identify, address, and plan for potential issues with Travelers on assignment to ensure their success.
• Post jobs on Anders Group outlets.
