Aston Carter is HIRING!!!! Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter. This is a Contract position based out of Peekskill, NY. This is a fully remote position. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 4 years in recruitment
2 years of healthcare related recruitment

Responsibilities

Manage full life-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer acceptance.
Build credibility and strong working relationships with hiring managers through subject matter expertise, positive influence, realistic expectation-setting, and consistent delivery on commitments.
Gain an in-depth understanding of each open position, including required experience, skills, and competencies needed for success.
Manage internal transfers and facilitate HR compliance, interview logistics, and compensation review processes.
Screen and qualify candidates based on requirements defined in partnership with hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and status updates, guiding candidates through each stage of the process, and negotiating and delivering fair and equitable offers.
