Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field required
Healthcare recruitment experience required
Strong Knowledge of current federal regulations affecting the employment process
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Strong customer service skills
ATS management experience required, preferably Workday
Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously

Responsibilities

Coordinate the recruitment, selection, and placement of permanent and temporary staff
Monitor requisitions for budget approval against post control
Analyze market for manpower trends and facilitate recruitment strategies accordingly
Attend recruitment functions
Effectively communicate with applicants, department directors, supervisors, staff members and outside entities
Prepare and place recruitment advertisements, documents, costs, and results
Coordinate both internal and external job postings
Review and track resumes and applications
Screen applications against job description and qualifications, conduct screening interview, and coordinate interviews with department directors
Ensure regulatory guidelines are followed in all recruitment activities
Coordinate job offers
Coordinate utilization of agency-supplied temporary staff
