About The Position

Health Carousel is one of the country's largest and fastest growing healthcare staffing companies, connecting talented healthcare professionals with meaningful career opportunities nationwide. We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our recruiting team and play a key role in driving the continued growth of the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified healthcare professionals with client hospitals and healthcare facilities across the country. This is fundamentally a relationship driven role, where you will build strong connections with candidates, understand their career goals, and match them with opportunities that fit their skills and preferences. You will manage a full desk, from initial outreach through offer and placement, while collaborating closely with your team to hit shared goals. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, resilient, and driven by results, with the ambition to grow a long term career in healthcare staffing.   • Highly motivated, results driven individual with strong communication and relationship building skills.
