About The Position

This role is for a Healthcare Recruiter at Ascentria Care Alliance, an organization focused on making a difference in people's lives. The recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and mission-driven positions, building partnerships with hiring leaders, sourcing and engaging candidates, creating talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The position emphasizes building relationships and having a direct impact on the organization's growth and mission. The recruiter will also participate in hiring events and use data to adjust recruitment strategies.

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting within healthcare, long-term care/skilled nursing, human services, or the nonprofit sector is strongly preferred.
Experience recruiting nurses, CNAs, clinical professionals, or other high-volume healthcare roles is a big plus.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment for a variety of healthcare and mission-driven positions.
Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and become a trusted talent advisor.
Source and engage candidates, not simply wait for applications.
Create talent pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill positions.
Deliver a warm, responsive, and engaging candidate experience from first conversation through hire.
Participate in hiring events, community outreach, and onsite recruitment initiatives.
Use recruiting data and trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
Help us continue to strengthen how we attract, hire, and welcome exceptional people into our organization.
Play a key role in supporting our growth by helping build the workforce needed to expand our impact and serve more individuals, families, and communities.
