Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience in the Talent Acquisition field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of high-volume healthcare-related recruitment experience, including PCAs & CNAs, is highly preferred.
  • Keen personal assessment skills with the ability to accurately evaluate professional qualifications, work experience, and personal characteristics.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven networking capabilities and creativity in sourcing candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies. Assist in establishing best-practice recruitment efforts and adjust recruitment strategy as needed.
  • Lead the candidate relationship process to improve the candidate experience, retention rates, and solicit referrals.
  • Maintain and grow our database of qualified candidates through internet searches, resume mining, networking and referrals, cold calling, etc.
  • Meet the required metrics for contacting prospects and conducting candidate interviews.
  • Maintain HR Information System and ensure compliance with federal/state employment regulations.
  • Conduct employment verifications, reference checks, background investigations, drug screening, orientations, and any applicable employment screening as required.
