About The Position

Broad Reach Healthcare is seeking a Quality & Compliance Specialist to support performance improvement and compliance activities for Liberty Commons and Broad Reach Hospice. This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and organizational standards of conduct, while maintaining confidentiality. The position is part-time, requiring 3 days per week in-person at the Chatham, MA facility.

Requirements

Degree or license in nursing or a health-related field required.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in quality, performance improvement, or compliance preferred.
Experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and/or hospice preferred.

Responsibilities

Supports the Director of QAPI in oversight of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
Analyzes data and prepares quality and compliance reports.
Supports the Director of QAPI in preparation for QAPI Committee meetings and maintenance of documentation.
Coordinates investigation, trending, and analysis of complaints, incidents, and claims at the direction of the Director of QAPI.
Under the direction of the Director of QAPI, monitors Compliance Plans through audits and surveillance.
Maintains records of compliance activities, findings, and resolutions.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
