Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical, scientific, or related field
• 6+ years of relevant healthcare industry experience
• Advanced SQL proficiency and expertise in analyzing large datasets
• Strong grasp of relational database principles
• Capable with Microsoft Office
• Exceptional documentation, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
• Collaborative, customer-focused approach to teamwork and stakeholder management

Nice To Haves

• Experience with multi-LOB claims data and ETL processes
• Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM)
• Understanding of ANSI EDI X12 and/or NCPDP healthcare transaction sets
• Graduate degree in health informatics, public health, statistics, or computer science

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end quality assurance testing for large healthcare datasets
• Analyze, validate, and ensure data completeness and accuracy per technical documentation
• Collaborate closely with a skilled, SQL-focused team to uphold business and program rules
• Independently manage tasks, proactively communicating risks and timelines to leadership
• Contribute to strategic quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
