Healthcare Project Manager
About The Position
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT and clinical application projects (small to large scale). Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. Partner with cross-functional teams including: IT infrastructure, Application development/support, and Clinical/EHR teams. Drive prioritization and execution across a large project backlog (90+ initiatives). Implement and promote Agile principles and best practices within a traditionally waterfall environment. Develop project plans, status reports, and executive-level communications. Facilitate key meetings including: Project kickoffs, Status updates, and Risk mitigation sessions. Identify process improvement opportunities and help mature PM team capabilities. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and healthcare regulatory considerations.

- Agile experience or certifications (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience helping organizations transition toward Agile frameworks
- Prior experience in environments with high project volume and PM capacity constraints
- Familiarity with healthcare systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.
