About The Position

Neolytix is a healthcare management services organization supporting over 270 provider groups across credentialing, enrollment, revenue cycle management, patient access, and payer analytics. We are developing InCredibly, a provider data intelligence platform designed to revolutionize credentialing and enrollment operations. Our Chicago office serves as the US hub for a global team. This role is based in our Chicago office and combines hands-on healthcare operations with product demonstrations and webinars, offering a growth path into product management for individuals interested in shaping healthcare technology tools.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of direct experience in provider credentialing, enrollment, or licensing (at a provider organization, health plan, CVO, or MSO).
  • Working knowledge of CAQH, NPPES/PECOS, state licensing boards, and payer enrollment processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, structured thinker capable of managing multiple workflows and deadlines.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Willing to work on-site at our Chicago office full-time.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with provider enrollment across multiple states or payer types (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid).
  • Familiarity with Power BI, HubSpot, or healthcare analytics tools.
  • Experience presenting to groups (client trainings, team meetings, conference sessions).
  • Exposure to healthcare technology platforms (credentialing software, practice management systems, EHRs).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support provider credentialing, enrollment, and licensing workflows, working directly with clients and payer organizations.
  • Manage onshore client communications regarding provider onboarding, enrollment status, and credentialing timelines.
  • Visit local clients for relationship management, document collection, and operational support.
  • Support payer contract negotiation communications, including drafting correspondence, tracking responses, and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Conduct product demonstrations of InCredibly for prospects, clients, and industry analysts.
  • Lead and support webinars on credentialing operations, enrollment workflows, and industry topics.
  • Translate operational experience into compelling product narratives for healthcare administrators and practice managers.
  • Participate in product sprint reviews, contributing domain expertise to platform development decisions.
  • Over time, take on product ownership responsibilities, including backlog grooming, user story development, and user acceptance testing.
  • Serve as the bridge between operational reality and product design, representing the credentialing professional's perspective.
  • Assist with general office operations in the Chicago office, including managing supplies, scheduling, and travel coordination.
