About The Position
We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced healthcare operations professionals with strong expertise in clinical operations, healthcare administration, service delivery, operational planning, and healthcare performance management. This role focuses on reviewing professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentation materials related to healthcare operations. Selected experts will assess outputs for operational accuracy, healthcare relevance, analytical rigour, practical feasibility, presentation effectiveness, and overall professional credibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare operations, healthcare administration, clinical operations, health services management, healthcare analysis, or a closely related field
- Experience as a Healthcare Operations Manager, Healthcare Administrator, Clinical Operations Manager, Healthcare Analyst, Health Services Manager , or similar professional
- Strong practical understanding of healthcare operations and service delivery
- Experience developing or reviewing healthcare operating plans, workflows, performance reports, analyses, or related professional work products
- Ability to assess healthcare recommendations for operational feasibility, accuracy, and practical relevance
- Strong analytical judgement and attention to operational detail
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills
- Native or professional fluency in English
- Excellent written communication and ability to provide precise, structured feedback

Responsibilities
- Evaluate healthcare operations plans, reports, and related work products for accuracy and practical soundness
- Assess whether proposed approaches reflect realistic healthcare delivery environments

- Identify operational gaps, unrealistic assumptions, and unsupported recommendations
- Apply professional judgement grounded in real-world healthcare operations experience
- Review materials involving clinical-service operations and care-delivery workflows
- Assess coordination across clinical teams, administrative functions, and support services
- Evaluate operational recommendations for feasibility and effectiveness
- Identify bottlenecks, resource constraints, or process weaknesses
- Review approaches intended to improve clinical-service delivery
- Evaluate administrative processes, organisational workflows, and management recommendations
- Assess whether responsibilities, governance, and operational procedures are clearly defined
- Review coordination between clinical and administrative functions
- Identify gaps in accountability, communication, or execution
- Evaluate proposed approaches for improving healthcare administration
- Review healthcare resource, staffing, workload, and capacity considerations
- Assess whether operational resources appropriately support expected service demand
- Evaluate allocation decisions and supporting assumptions
- Identify capacity constraints or inefficient use of resources
- Review trade-offs involving service levels, cost, staffing, and operational performance
- Evaluate recommendations involving workflow efficiency, service quality, and operational performance
- Assess whether proposed changes address underlying operational issues
- Review performance indicators and healthcare operations metrics
- Identify weak assumptions or unsupported improvement recommendations
- Evaluate opportunities for improving consistency, efficiency, and service delivery
- Review spreadsheets and analyses supporting healthcare operations decisions
- Assess calculations, assumptions, metrics, and performance information
- Evaluate whether underlying data supports stated conclusions
- Identify inconsistencies between quantitative findings and recommended actions
- Review reporting materials for clarity and decision usefulness
- Evaluate healthcare operations documents, spreadsheets, reports, and slide decks for accuracy and completeness
- Review presentations for logical flow, clarity, and professional quality
- Identify factual, analytical, aesthetic, and formatting issues
- Assess whether charts, tables, and visuals accurately represent underlying information
- Ensure findings and recommendations are clearly connected to supporting analysis
- Assess assigned outputs against domain-specific quality criteria
- Identify healthcare, operational, analytical, factual, and presentation weaknesses
- Distinguish substantive operational issues from minor editorial concerns
- Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining identified strengths and weaknesses
- Apply evaluation standards consistently across different healthcare operations work products
