About The Position

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced healthcare operations professionals with strong expertise in clinical operations, healthcare administration, service delivery, operational planning, and healthcare performance management. This role focuses on reviewing professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentation materials related to healthcare operations. Selected experts will assess outputs for operational accuracy, healthcare relevance, analytical rigour, practical feasibility, presentation effectiveness, and overall professional credibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare operations, healthcare administration, clinical operations, health services management, healthcare analysis, or a closely related field
  • Experience as a Healthcare Operations Manager, Healthcare Administrator, Clinical Operations Manager, Healthcare Analyst, Health Services Manager , or similar professional
  • Strong practical understanding of healthcare operations and service delivery
  • Experience developing or reviewing healthcare operating plans, workflows, performance reports, analyses, or related professional work products
  • Ability to assess healthcare recommendations for operational feasibility, accuracy, and practical relevance
  • Strong analytical judgement and attention to operational detail
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint / Google Slides
  • Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills
  • Native or professional fluency in English
  • Excellent written communication and ability to provide precise, structured feedback
