About The Position

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced healthcare management professionals with strong expertise in clinical operations, staffing, budgeting, compliance, records management, and healthcare programme delivery. This role focuses on reviewing healthcare operations content and management workflows across realistic clinical and administrative scenarios. Selected professionals will assess operational plans, staffing decisions, compliance reviews, and healthcare-management recommendations for accuracy, feasibility, regulatory awareness, and overall professional quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare management, clinical operations, healthcare administration, or a closely related role
  • Experience as a Healthcare Operations Manager, Clinical Director, Nurse Manager, Nursing Director, Health Information Manager, or similar healthcare-management professional
  • Demonstrated experience directing or coordinating medical and health services
  • Relevant experience within hospitals, clinics, managed care organisations, public health agencies, or comparable healthcare settings
  • Strong experience with staffing, budgeting, compliance, records management, and programme planning
  • Ability to evaluate healthcare operations from both clinical-service and administrative perspectives
  • Strong operational judgement and attention to detail
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and provide precise professional feedback

Responsibilities
