The US Oncology Network is seeking a Remote Healthcare Operations Business Analyst Manager to join the Transformation Office Team at Texas Oncology. This role, primarily based in Dallas, Texas, will support all of Texas Oncology and requires the candidate to currently reside in Texas. Some travel, up to 20%, may be necessary for training and team meetings. Texas Oncology is a leading community oncology provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and team leadership, performing Business Analyst duties while providing supervisory oversight, guidance, and quality assurance for the Business Analyst team. The manager will partner with various departments and external partners to ensure digital health initiatives align with organizational goals, promote resilient operations, and support continuous transformation. A critical aspect of this role is developing the capabilities of the Business Analyst team, standardizing methodologies, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all initiatives. The position also requires adherence to the US Oncology Compliance Program, Code of Ethics, Business Standards, and Shared Values.
