About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative: Manage incoming calls from former patients, families, or representatives with compassion and respect, utilizing strong phone communication skills and a positive attitude.
Insurance Verifiers: Contact insurance carriers to verify benefits, work independently toward daily goals, and take on new projects and responsibilities as you grow.
Billing Representative: Utilize strong typing and computer skills, attention to detail, and a task-oriented mindset to manage billing processes within structured procedures.
Claims Resolution Specialist: Conduct research with independence and persistence to resolve outstanding insurance claims and advocate for patients, utilizing strong computer skills and creative problem-solving.
