Healthcare Marketer
About The Position
Summit Healthcare Staffing is looking to hire an experienced Healthcare Marketer on behalf of our client. This person will help drive referrals and new resident admissions for a growing assisted living facility in the Kissimmee area. This is a relationship-driven role for someone who knows the local healthcare community, understands the senior care and assisted living space, and has an established network of referral sources. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, outgoing, and comfortable spending time in the community developing new relationships while strengthening existing ones.
Requirements
- Previous healthcare marketing, business development, liaison, or referral development experience is required.
- Existing healthcare relationships and referral connections within Kissimmee and the surrounding area are required.
- Proven ability to generate referrals and develop new business.
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Strong understanding of the local healthcare and senior care landscape.
- Ability to represent the organization professionally and build long-term community partnerships.
Nice To Haves
- Experience within assisted living, senior living, skilled nursing, home health, rehabilitation, or a related healthcare setting strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and community referral sources throughout the Kissimmee area.
- Generate qualified referrals and help drive new resident admissions to the facility.
- Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, case managers, social workers, home health agencies, senior organizations, and other community partners.
- Conduct regular outreach and in-person visits to current and prospective referral sources.
- Identify new opportunities and partnerships to increase awareness of the facility and its services.
- Represent the facility at community events, networking opportunities, healthcare organizations, and professional meetings.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral partners.
- Track referral activity and contribute to overall census and growth goals.
- Work closely with facility leadership and the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition from referral to admission.
