About The Position

This position involves engagement in complex litigation. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Tennessee. Requirements

• Minimum of 4 - 8 years of experience in general liability.
• Excellent litigation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Excellent persuasive speaking skills.
• Strong academic background.
• Proven skills in research.
• Self-starters.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in Tennessee.

Nice To Haves

• Trial experience is preferred.
