About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Construction Litigation Attorneys in its Memphis office. This position involves engagement in complex litigation. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Tennessee. Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 - 8 years of experience in general liability.
  • Excellent litigation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong academic backgrounds.
  • Proven skills in research.
  • Self-starters.
  • Licensed and admitted to practice in Tennessee.
