About The Position

Now hiring fellows across multiple U.S. markets for a 12-month rotational fellowship program beginning in June 2027. Fellows will gain broad organizational exposure through structured rotations across key business functions, leadership development opportunities, and executive mentorship. Our Healthcare Administration Fellowship is a post-graduate leadership development program designed for individuals who have recently completed a Master’s Degree in healthcare administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA with a healthcare focus), Public Health (MPH), or a related field. This 12-month program provides fellows with immersive, hands-on experience across critical areas of our healthcare operations. Through structured rotational assignments, executive mentorship, and exposure to enterprise-level strategy, fellows gain the knowledge and experience needed to grow into future healthcare leaders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (MHA, MBA with healthcare focus, MPH, or related) completed within the past 6 months or by the program start date.
• Strong academic background with demonstrated leadership potential.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset with an ability to manage complex projects.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed for rotational assignments.

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship, capstone, or work experience in healthcare strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete 3–4 rotations across key business areas such as outpatient clinic operations, market development and growth businesses, clinical services, human resources, and finance.
• Lead and support enterprise initiatives focused on patient care delivery, operational excellence, workforce strategy, and financial performance.
• Regular interaction with senior leaders, including formal presentations, leadership roundtables, and executive mentorship.
• Participation in leadership development workshops, project management training, and ongoing performance coaching.
• Successful fellows may be offered leadership roles within the organization upon program completion.
