About The Position

Our Healthcare Administration Fellowship is a post-graduate leadership development program designed for individuals who have recently completed a Master’s Degree in healthcare administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA with a healthcare focus), Public Health (MPH), or a related field. This 12-month program provides fellows with immersive, hands-on experience across critical areas of our healthcare operations. Through structured rotational assignments, executive mentorship, and exposure to enterprise-level strategy, fellows gain the knowledge and experience needed to grow into future healthcare leaders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (MHA, MBA with healthcare focus, MPH, or related) completed within the past 6 months or by the program start date.
• Strong academic background with demonstrated leadership potential.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset with an ability to manage complex projects.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed for rotational assignments.

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship, capstone, or work experience in healthcare strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete 3–4 rotations across key business areas such as outpatient clinic operations, market development and growth businesses, clinical services, human resources, and finance.
• Lead and support enterprise initiatives focused on patient care delivery, operational excellence, workforce strategy, and financial performance.
• Regular interaction with senior leaders, including formal presentations, leadership roundtables, and executive mentorship.
• Participation in leadership development workshops, project management training, and ongoing performance coaching.
• Successful fellows may be offered leadership roles within the organization upon program completion.
