About The Position

The Healthcare IT Technical Operations Associate III (L2) owns failure handling, reprocessing, and data reconciliation across healthcare systems and workflows. The role investigates and triages job failures, fallouts, and reprocessing requests raised by L1, then works with L3, product, and other stakeholders to identify root causes and drive resolution. Once a fix or instruction is available, the associate performs data corrections and reprocessing and validates the outcomes. The position is accountable for end-to-end data integrity through structured reconciliation and validation controls. It includes investigating interface issues, coordinating with vendors and other teams, guiding L1 on complex cases, maintaining audit trails, reporting reconciliation and service-level status, and communicating pending work and risks during shift handovers. The associate also supports preventive actions, process standardization, runbook updates, and automation opportunities. This is a full-time, permanent remote position in the United States. The work may involve multiple time zones in a hybrid or remote environment, extended periods sitting or standing in front of a computer and using video technology, occasional movement around an office, and travel depending on company needs. The annual US base salary range is $70,000 to $88,000.
