Dining - Healthcare Hospitality Assistant
About The Position
As a Healthcare Hospitality Assistant, you’ll be an essential member of the Dining Team serving residents in our Linden Health Center. This role blends the best parts of restaurant service with the satisfaction of supporting community members in a healthcare setting. You’ll be responsible for delivering an excellent dining experience by setting up tables and preparing the dining room, taking orders and coordinating meal service, delivering meals efficiently and accurately, following dietary directives to support residents with specific nutritional needs, and collaborating closely with healthcare staff to ensure safe, enjoyable dining for all residents. We provide full training, including Oasis education, considered the gold standard in supporting individuals with cognitive issues. You’ll learn valuable skills that go beyond traditional service, all while working with a kind, appreciative community. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in restaurants, hospitality, or customer service, loves building relationships and creating warm dining experiences, wants a stable schedule and dependable income, and appreciates teamwork and meaningful work. Due to our vulnerable resident population the COVID vaccine is highly recommended but not required.
