About The Position

We’re hiring someone with medical billing and insurance experience to support financial accounting, payment tracking, and revenue analysis across our clinics. The initial training period will focus on learning Stallant’s billing and financial operations. Responsibilities will expand with demonstrated proficiency.

Requirements

• Medical billing or insurance experience and a strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.
• Familiarity with medical revenue systems, billing records, and related terminology.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Ability to build useful processes and follow problems through to resolution.
• Capacity for broader oversight, with willingness to begin with hands-on training and routine billing work.

Responsibilities

• Track revenue from initial billing through payment reconciliation and year-end close.
• Analyze reimbursement and financial data to advise administration on operational decisions.
• Build internal financial controls and periodic reviews of revenue systems and billing work.
• Help prepare for audits, identify errors, and improve financial workflows.
• Work with billing, finance, and administration to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting.
