About The Position

This role is for a stealth healthcare AI venture focused on rebuilding the revenue cycle management system. The company is revenue-generating and scaling towards an institutional round. The venture is part of Liminal, a Founders' Studio that co-builds with experienced founders, providing expertise, capital, and access from founding to Series B.

Requirements

Healthcare finance fluency, specifically knowledge of RevCycle (claims, denials, appeals, payer mix, provider billing).
Ability to define, scope, and ship features.
Ability to predict workflow breaking points at 10x volume.
Ability to identify if a problem is a product, workflow, or user issue.
Operator's bias: preference for shipping at 80% rather than perfecting over time.
Understanding of technical debt.
Comfort with ambiguity and building structure in a stealth company environment.
Independent thinking and ability to argue from first principles.
Willingness to disagree and commit.
Ability to operate at a senior level within a venture.

Nice To Haves

Former operator at a digital health company.
Former consultant at McKinsey or Bain with healthcare focus.
Former PM at an existing RCM platform.

Responsibilities

Translate product vision into shipped product.
Identify and resolve friction points in the product and systems.
Design and build scalable structures for the company.
Define product requirements for engineers to ship.
Prioritize product development.
Define architecture and operating workflows that scale across fragmented provider systems.
Build systems and workflows in flight.
Drive the venture project end-to-end.

Pressure-test value propositions.
