About The Position

This role requires a Healthcare Data Analyst with strong experience in HEDIS and healthcare quality processes. The analyst will be responsible for working with HL7/FHIR and healthcare data exchange standards, including CCD, ADT, and SIU. Proficiency in SQL and Databricks is essential for data analysis and validation. The position also involves requirement gathering, data mapping, documentation, analyzing large datasets to provide data-driven insights, and strong stakeholder management. The ability to work independently is also a key requirement.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in HEDIS and Healthcare Quality processes.
• Experience with HL7/FHIR and healthcare data exchange standards (CCD, ADT, SIU).
• Proficiency in SQL and Databricks for data analysis and validation.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, data mapping, and documentation.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and provide data-driven insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
