About The Position

Raventra Health is a medical services company providing outsourced billing, coding, and claims processing solutions for provider groups and hospitals. As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you will analyze healthcare and revenue cycle data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. You will work with operational and client-facing teams to turn complex data into clear insights that support better financial and operational outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, healthcare analytics, revenue cycle analytics, or a related analytical role
  • Experience working with healthcare, financial, or operational datasets
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis
  • Experience with reporting or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and related performance metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple analytical requests and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • HIPAA-compliant private workspace

Nice To Haves

  • SQL experience
  • Experience with Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, or another healthcare system
  • Healthcare RCM or medical billing experience
  • Experience analyzing claims, reimbursement, denials, or collections data
  • Experience preparing client-facing reports or presentations

Responsibilities

  • Analyze healthcare and revenue cycle data from billing, claims, payment, and accounts receivable systems
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as collections, denial rates, claim volumes, reimbursement, and AR aging
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps across client accounts and operational workflows
  • Build and maintain analytical reports and dashboards for internal and client-facing teams
  • Investigate data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to validate and resolve data issues
  • Translate analytical findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Support client performance reviews with data analysis and relevant metrics
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer operational and business questions
  • Collaborate with billing, coding, claims, AR, and client success teams on data-driven improvement initiatives
