Responsibilities include responding to requests to page staff, changing paging status, updating databases and directories, and handling various emergency calls. Customer Service Representatives will be taking high volume calls from incoming patients of doctors for their clinics, which include hospitals and smaller health clinics. The primary function is to determine on-call status for clients, retrieve contact information from a database, and triage calls to the appropriate contact. Key performance indicators include an 85% success rate.
