We are currently hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Rep in Deerfield Beach, FL. This is a full-time role with pay starting at $18 per hour, offering you the chance to grow your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your work truly matters. This position also offers the opportunity to earn bonuses and performance-based pay. This position follows a consistent weekday schedule: Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday through Thursday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Connecting with clients by phone
- Guiding clients through their healthcare options
- Ensuring client needs are met
- Answering incoming calls
- Renewing existing insurance policies
- Matching health plans to the right people
- Calling existing clients to welcome them to the company and answer questions
- Identifying opportunities to upsell products that can add value to each client's coverage
