About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst III - Pharmacy to join their Performance Advisory Office. This is a remote position requiring residency in KY, IN, or an approved remote location. The primary focus is Pharmacy business intelligence, with support for other services and departments as needed. The Analyst will drive operational excellence, leverage data and insights, and advance strategic initiatives. They will gather end-user requirements, analyze data, develop data visualizations (reports/dashboards), guide stakeholders through actionable insights, facilitate improvement initiatives, and inform strategic decision-making to enhance patient care and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Healthcare Domain Knowledge
• Experience developing technical requirements for data visualizations
• Experience with data analysis (statistics, advanced Excel)
• Experience collaborating with business intelligence developers
• Experience validating data
• Experience generating reports and visualizations on routine schedules and/or as requested.

Nice To Haves

• Project and Change Management
• Experience with Business Intelligence applications (Qlik, Strata, Tableau, PowerBI, data warehouses)
• Background in data analysis techniques, statistics highly preferred (graphical techniques, awareness of statistical analysis methods)
