The associate will work with partners and clients as part of a team handling a busy national healthcare practice. Requirements
- 4–6 years of healthcare transactional and regulatory experience.
- Preferably, a mix of healthcare-related transactional and regulatory experience, including working knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Indiana bar membership or eligibility to waive into the Indiana bar.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to work directly with partners and clients.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with transactions involving private equity funds or portfolio companies.
