About The Position

Support the Healthcare Sales team by engaging medical professionals, generating new leads, and contributing to the development of strong banking relationships. This role focuses on prospecting, customer engagement, and pipeline support. The Associate works closely with senior team members to learn consultative sales techniques and the unique financial needs of healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, outbound calling, or financial services (preferred)
  • Experience interacting with professionals or high net worth clients (preferred)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Motivation to achieve activity-based goals and contribute to team sales outcomes.
  • Comfort with outbound calling and digital prospecting.
  • CRM proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Curiosity about the healthcare sector and financial services.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Interest in pursuing future licensing (FINRA SIE, Series 6, 63, state insurance licenses) - preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to medical professionals to introduce banking products and schedule discovery conversations.
  • Source and qualify leads using internal lead lists, CRM tools, and market research.
  • Participate in client needs assessments alongside Healthcare Relationship Managers.
  • Support development of basic banking solutions proposals (checking, savings, credit cards, etc.).
  • Provide exceptional service by responding to client inquiries and coordinating follow ups.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in CRM systems.
  • Assist in preparing materials for client meetings and presentations.
  • Track progress against activity goals and contribute to team sales objectives.
  • Partner internal support and financial advisors to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Escalate licensed product needs (investment services, insurance) to licensed personnel.
  • Build foundational understanding of healthcare sector financial needs.
  • Maintain awareness of banking products, policies, and compliance processes.
