About The Position

Proactively engage medical doctors and professionals to deepen their banking relationships by offering tailored financial solutions that support their personal and professional financial goals. This role involves outbound prospecting, building trust-based relationships, and presenting customized banking solutions. The Healthcare Relationship Manager will maintain a robust pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and stay informed about healthcare industry trends and financial needs of medical professionals. Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience (required)
  • Experience in outbound sales, preferably in financial services or healthcare-related sectors (required)
  • FINRA License S6 Upon Hire (required)
  • FINRA License S63 Upon Hire (required)
  • FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) Upon Hire (required)
  • Life and Health Insurance Licenses Upon Hire (required)
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to attain sales and referral goals through preset appointments and quality conversations leading to recommendations that support client’s financial wellness goals, leveraging system generated lead lists and professional contacts.
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Sales Management (CRM) proficiency
  • Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with medical professionals via phone, email, and digital channels to introduce banking products and services.
  • Develop trust-based relationships by understanding unique financial needs, including practice financing, wealth management, and student loan refinancing.
  • Present customized banking solutions such as checking, savings, credit lines, loans and financial advisors to assist with investment services.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track interactions using sales management tools.
  • Work closely with internal teams and financial advisors to deliver holistic financial solutions.
  • Stay informed about trends in the healthcare industry and financial needs of medical professionals.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
