San Francisco Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Aide/Nursing Assistant to join our caring team. Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
  • Observing residents and promptly reporting any changes in condition to the nursing staff.
  • Supporting the healthcare team in providing high-quality resident care and services.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, families, and staff.
  • Following all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
