This role is instrumental in leading the team to provide exceptional service to residents, overseeing Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. The position also involves being an Occupancy Leader within the sales and marketing process. We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven, experienced professional with exceptional skills.
Requirements
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.
- Community Residential Care Facility (CRCF) license required.
- Certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
- Administrative and management experience required.
- Five years of healthcare experience in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care desired.
Nice To Haves
- Four-year college or university degree desired.
- Five years of experience in a similar position in a CCRC environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to provide exceptional service to residents.
- Oversee Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing.
- Serve as an Occupancy Leader in the sales and marketing process.
- Develop or expand programs or services for residents.
- Manage budget planning and execution.
